Crosskey is a fast-growing company in the Financial Industry and we are now looking for a Database Administrator at our office in Stockholm. You will be working with Microsoft SQL Server databases, but other database experiences are also beneficial.

• have existing knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server database administration
• have worked as a database administrator for at least 3 years
• like to work in a team with other administrators but can also work independently on your own
• are open for new ideas and like to continuously automate your work
• have knowledge and practical experience of SQL Server environments in Azure

Microsoft SQL Server database administration in our Windows environments will be your main focus. Experience in other relational databases and NoSQL systems are an asset.

We use both Swedish and English in our team so you need to be fluent in speech and writing in these two languages.

What you will be doing!

As a part of our DBA-team you:

• are responsible for tuning and configuring our databases and data platforms
• are building tools and scripts to monitor, troubleshoot and automate our systems
• will also perform operational DBA duties (e.g., installation, database upgrades, patching, environment cloning, implementing backup/recovery solutions, capacity planning)

Your new team

Your new team will consist of other Database Administrators and Platform Managers. The team is responsible for the database infrastructure and is also performing daily operational duties. We are also a supporting team for Crosskey Java developers when it comes to application server framework, build environments and monitoring support.
