Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations) to MEKO

MEKO – northern Europe's leading spare parts distributors; FTZ, Inter-Team, Koivunen, MECA, Mekonomen and Sørensen og Balchen – is looking for an experienced Solution Architect focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join the team and enable the transformation towards harmonized application landscape.
About the role
As Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations), you will work closely with the different businesses and other stakeholders in the transformation journey from the current landscape and architecture, to the implementation of future state.
In this role, you will provide a holistic view of the system architecture and ensure that the overall solution design, including technical and functional components, aligns seamlessly and delivers value to the business. You will work in the interface between business and IT and be a key-player in defining and implementing the “Group Template”.

You will:
- Be a key-player in a large-scale ERP transformation
- Lead complex solution discussions to achieve common agreement
- Lead the creation of solution roadmaps both on operational and strategic levels to establish future state vision
- Shape existing landscape to match Dynamics 365 capabilities together with emerging technologies
- Create and maintain architecture standards and documentation
- Perform cross-functional analysis to optimize the process flow between modules in end-to-end scenarios with Dynamics standards as the core
- Provide solution recommendations to C-level decision-makers in the business lines and support functions
- Work with great colleagues in a hybrid environment
Placement: MEKO’s office in Stockholm (central). MEKO applies a hybrid work-model.
Is this you?
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership and change management skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels (both IT and non-IT stakeholders). Good documentation and presentations skills, together with being a true team player are important. You are self-driven and goal focused, and continuously seek new opportunities to add value.
You have:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (functional and technical knowledge)
- Experience from similar implementation programs
- Good understanding of business processes in wholesale and distribution
- Ability to be the bridge between business and IT
- Understanding of end-to-end business value flows, including analytics and reporting
- End-to-end Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience, from project preparation through go-live
- Fluency in English
